The media of Los Angeles are influential and include some of the most important production facilities in the world.

The industry’s “Big Five” major film studios (Columbia, Disney, Paramount, Universal, and Warner Bros.) are all based in or around Hollywood.

The Los Angeles area is the home of several major offices and production facilities in the television industry. The Fox Broadcasting Company is based in the Century City district of Los Angeles inside the 20th Century Fox studio lot, while another complex, the Fox Television Center, is in West Los Angeles. CBS owns CBS Studio Center in Studio City and previously owned Television City in the Fairfax District, although the network still maintains operations on that lot. ABC, and its parent company Disney, produce TV programs both at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank and at The Prospect Studios in the Los Feliz neighborhood. NBC use to primarily produce at what is now The Burbank Studios before its parent company NBCUniversal moved these operations in 2014 to a new complex across the street from the Universal Studios lot. Several other film studios may also produce TV shows on their respective lots.

Comments to and from reporters trying to stalk news around LA’s Witches — also known sometimes as PR spokes people + The real Witches— has a language and a cadence. It used to happen all the time and still does to some extent. It’s a hotter topic than it used to be. 800 million copies of books sold with a partial focus or full focus on Magic and Witchcraft since the 1950’s. That’s 10% of the world’s population. literally 25% of people in the U.S.A. will talk about it. We don’t talk to reporters ever. The spokespeople talk to the reporters.

People used to ask: Who’s that? The most common SoCal answer was “The Firm”. It made its way into popular culture It still exists today. “Wherever you see black that’s us.” The deal in Southern California was The Chandlers [LA Times] would not run real Witch stories for some unknown reason 😉 <–that’s a joke it was due to The Rock and Roll Religion, Dixney and The Movies basically. There were big news stories that were going on but the minute you started talking negative press about the Occult or Pagans, Neo-Pagans and Witches the answer was NO.  We were all trying to build reputations and make money not tear everything apart. Glad to see they have changed a bit!
