North Carolina sheriff’s deputy charged with assault after body-slam of child caught on video
Being Hit in School? It happened to me. Sometimes people are animals. Sometimes it’s adults and sometimes it’s other children. Sometimes they will ask you: “Do you like to hit kids? See that kid over there? That’s the devils child. It’s OK everybody does it. We are punishing him, showing him who his betters are. Just yell his name at him and say down. If he lays down on the ground you are not supposed to kick him but you can if you want to. It’s part of his discipline, we are treating him like a dog.”
My school district knew this was happening, multiple families knew. They blamed it on the Devil (of course). Once too many people got involved in it and you have a situation of: “Do you like to hit kids?” going on the lies get impenetrable. It’s 45 years later and some people have passed away in my case finally but the world is still the same and people acting like animals are still animals. One thing we learned was that you have to move fast once these things start. Kudos for the Sheriff and the school district in Vance County North Carolina for charging the man quickly. If the child had been slammed down a little differently his neck would have been broken. The Sheriff’s deputy did it twice.
Once again I am on the side of the Little Witches and Wizards on this one.
Assault in Schools
The sheriff’s deputy seen on surveillance video body-slamming a student to the ground at a North Carolina middle school has been charged in the incident.
You have religious rights to file a objection in your school record to being beaten and have your clergy professional notified. You may think it’s a strange thing but in states with corporal punishment you have to fill out a specific form usually to allow corporal punishment and having your church mail a letter to the school to recognize your religious rights to not be beaten as punishment has been used in custody cases to make sure that corporal punishment at school was not mistaken for child abuse at home. If you need more assistance please contact your county Child Protective Services office in California and they will assist you.
