You have legitimate religious rights that the USA military AND other militaries around the world reciprocally now recognize. You have the right to be there and to perform your religious rites and observe your religious customs. It’s up to you to know and exercise your rights.
The Moon and the Lightbringer Venus:
This is a photo of a pagan observance.
When something was going to happen that the priest or priestess knew about that was written down OR taught to them, they shared it with the people around them by going out and looking at it together.
This is traditionally one of the things a temple or a shrine keeper does; they tell the general public about happenings, observances and upcoming events at a temple a shrine or a sanctuary.
The gypsy pagan roadside shrine and sanctuary was dedicated by a u n named coalition church council of the native world religions in a classical Greek and Roman fashion to Hekate and Venus. Located in Redlands California USA it represents the Los Angeles California USA coalition church of the classical, neoclassical and modern pagan religions.
It’s operating focus is on humanism and diplomatic recognition and negotiation. The sanctuary is currently closed except by appointment only. For more information see the homepage.

The perspective is unique due to the bamboo in the foreground and the absence of stars. This is just our moon, venus, and the sun.
You can see how the solar system is tilted and how in ancient legends someone bigger than us must have thrown them up there.
OR A God put them there. The planet of Venus was the last star of the evening or the morning star. You can still tell that sunrise is coming soon by what Venus is doing. In some respects where Venus/Aphrodite was in the sky was your night time clock and the phrase born in which arm of the goddess star has historical meaning within the star worshipper and ethereal traditions.

Explaining some of the stories about the contemporary symbols is part of what I used to do with the church. People thought these symbols represented evil in the 1960’s up until today in the USA when in fact they are not evil at all.
The reason this matters for all faiths is so the other religions and faith groups have a basis to start from. Without the ancient first religions and their basis in nature, things we have been taught in the last 2000 years would sound ridiculous today. People observed religious ceremonies, rites and plays about their gods and legends. We watched them sometimes outside in public. Did you know?
The orbit of venus plotted on paper also looks like a lotus or water lilly flower and the intersections form a 5 pointed star. This is one of the reasons the opposition church used the pentagram star of Venus the planet. It’s not upside down if you ever see it that way it is just tilted to the left. Venus the planet strangely enough spins in the opposite direction to us which is clockwise. This star symbol is from the ancient world and is roughly attributed to Pythagoras around 400 to 500 years before the common era which we abbreviate as the letters B C E on this website. The following paragraphs are from The Getty Museum in Los Angeles regarding their Aphrodite exhibition in 2012.

Allow me to live long and see the light of the sun, blessed among the people, and reach the threshold of old age.” —Anchises’ prayer to Aphrodite from the Homeric Hymn to Aphrodite pages 102 to 105. Aphrodite is the Greek name for Venus.
The following paragraphs describe what a pagan observance or performance of a religious rite (a religious service) means in the US military. If you need to legally notify service members that what you are doing is a legal faith group activity then you can use the first two paragraphs as a starting point for what you say. You can also use this to explain what you are doing with service members from other countries. They should honor it if they are a party to the Hague and Geneva conventions. You have religious rights within the UCMJ in the USA military as well as some foreign militaries. It’s up to you to know what they are.

Hague conventions apply worldwide, including Rule 38 attacks against cultural property. Temple, Sanctuary, Shrine members and keepers also qualify as religious personnel protected under Geneva Convention 2 Additional protocol 1 Article 15 dash 5 and Additional Protocol 2 Article 9 dash 1 and Section 9 dot 4 of the 1999 UN Secretary General’s Bulletin wherever they go.
This also includes the participants and the u n named church who dedicated it and participated in the opening ceremonies.

This is the end of the USA military description and explanation of this observance of a act of nature that has a religious significance to the participants.
The reason to follow the old customs and record them is so there is a legal chain of precedence through the ancient temple practices all the way back to early Indo European times. The legitimacy of other temples and faiths is dependent on observing the rites and recording them.
You are taking part in a religious observance that goes back unbroken for 35 thousand years.
Today we might perform rites that are probably different than in the past but to maintain the legality of a continuous temple practice this is what my ancestors had to do. That was and is my responsibility, until I can pass it on to the next generation.
